The Ascend Applications website may contain links to third party sites not controlled or operated by Ascend Applications (the "Third Party Sites"). The policies and procedures described in this Policy do not apply to the Third Party Sites.

We take the security of your Personal Data and other information very seriously. We take reasonable steps to protect this data from loss, unauthorized access or misuse. We only use trusted servers from a major corporation that does NOT allow public access.

We rely on you to ensure that the Personal Information you enter into our system is as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used. You may review or update your personal information by clicking your settings tab in your dashboard or in the menu located within your personal profile.

Where we can provide information access and correction, and when required by law, we will do so for free.
